1. Who we are

Complete ACL ("we", "us", "our") is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at accounts@completeacl.com.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name and email address. So the page can recognise you if you come back, your name and email are also kept in your own browser's local storage, on your device. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.

We also collect anonymous information about how the site is used: which sections are viewed, which buttons are tapped, how far visitors scroll, a replay of how the page was used during the visit, the general type of device and browser, and the link or site you arrived from. This is processed by PostHog, our analytics provider, without cookies or any identifier stored on your device, and anything typed into the signup form is masked before it leaves your browser. We cannot identify you from this information. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website to process it.

When the App launches, the personal and health information processed in the App will be covered by a separate in-app privacy notice.

3. How we use your information

• To add you to the waitlist and tell you when Complete ACL launches.
• To send you updates about Complete ACL before and around launch.
• To respond if you contact us.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe option in our emails.

4. Who we share it with

We use Klaviyo to store the waitlist and send our emails, Vercel to host this site, and PostHog for the anonymous usage analytics described above; all act as data processors on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK (Klaviyo is based in the United States; PostHog holds our analytics data on servers in the EU), in which case it is covered by suitable safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details while the waitlist is active and, after launch, for as long as you remain subscribed to Complete ACL updates. If you unsubscribe we stop emailing you immediately, and you can ask us to delete your details entirely at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email accounts@completeacl.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
